This three-part series is focused on developing relational, faithful, and powerful leaders within congregations.   Participants will learn how to build collective power through relationships, and understand how to link the power of our collaborative to housing development and policy campaigns. You are strongly encouraged to attend all three sessions in the series to gain the most from your experience.   Session 1: Building our Power Understanding change, power, and the qualities of a leader   Session 2: Building Relationships Practicing an essential skill for building relationships and organizing power   Session 3: Building a Campaign Discovering how to use our people power to make change, developing our capacity to plan and act strategically Participants are strongly encouraged to attend  all 3 sessions in the series. Dinner provided.
