Great River Landing will be a high-quality apartment building for up to 72 adults, most of them fathers, who are committed to being good parents, workers and community members. The tenants will have a home, a job and access to services promoting heath and recovery.
Lead congregational collaborators are Westminster Presbyterian Church and Plymouth Congregational Church. Better Futures Minnesota, an experienced provider of services and support to this group, will provide on-site services. (Pictured above right, Better Futures participants at a job site.)
NEW: Please join us Thursday, May 12 at Acting on Faith, our annual gathering of our collaborating congregations and their members. This year's theme is Invest in Potential - we will discuss and take action to seek public funding for supportive services such as those we plan at Great River Landing. See details and how to register here.
