Great River Landing

Great River Landing

We are pleased that Great River Landing has received full tax credit financing from Minnesota Housing and the City of Minneapolis. We’re currently searching for donors for our Great River Landing campaign to supporting stability for people committed to positive change and recovering from the traumas of unemployment, homelessness and incarceration. We’re well on our way to reaching our $1.2 million goal and your gift will help us get there. Contact Erik Jacobson for more information: 651-789-6260 ext. 201.

Great River Landing will be a high-quality apartment building for up to 72 adults, most of them fathers, who are committed to being good parents, workers and community members. The tenants will have a home, a job and access to services promoting heath and recovery. Beacon, with lead congregational collaborators Plymouth Congregational Church and Westminster Presbyterian Church, is planning this housing with service provider Better Futures Minnesota.

Hear from Fred,  a Better Futures participant to learn why supportive housing like Great River Landing can help people turn their lives around.
