Elodie (she/her) is driven to tackle systemic issues with hospitality and transformative relationships that inspire giving. In this role at Beacon, Elodie connects the passion of supporters with the Beacon’s vision that all people have a home. She has ten years of experience of creatively bringing together communities and the important work of nonprofits. A former intern with Beacon, Elodie returned in 2015 with fundraising experience from Goodwill/Easter Seals and Lutheran Volunteer Corps, as well as leading the fundraising and U.S. operations for an international nonprofit, Daylight Center and School. Elodie has been a mentor for the women’s leadership program, Leaders of Today and Tomorrow, is a donor organizer for the 2019 Giving Project with Headwaters Foundation for Justice. Elodie has a bachelor's degree in psychology. She lives in the Seward neighborhood of Minneapolis and enjoys everything about food; cooking it, eating it, growing it, sharing it, and talking about it.
