Linda provides a calm, centered presence at the Families Moving Forward Hennepin program center. She provides key assistance to program center staff, welcomes volunteers and visitors and supports families as they manage their daily routines, and helps connect them with resources in the community. She earned a bachelor's degree in social welfare and sociology from St. Augustine's College and a master's degree in social work from Fordham University. Her career includes nearly 20 years working in the child welfare services field in New York, and since 2008, positions with CEAP (Community Emergency Assistance Programs), the Minnesota Workforce Center and Breaking Free. She lives in Minneapolis, enjoys doing puzzles and is very proud of her grandson who attends John C. Smith College in North Carolina.
