Asset Manager: The Asset Manager oversees Beacon’s affordable housing portfolio. This includes the physical, financial, and operational performance of Beacon’s third-party property management contracts across the portfolio, ensuring quality affordable housing.

Beacon Interfaith Housing Collaborative has a vision that ‘all people have a home.

Beacon is changing the landscape of home through the power of our collaborative of congregations, which advocates to create new, deeply affordable homes, invests in residents through wrap-around supportive services, and champions transformative policy solutions to ensure all people have a home.

We focus on households who make less than $30,000 a year and those who are experiencing homelessness. The nearly 100 congregations that make up our collaborative put their faiths into action through leadership, advocacy, organizing, and service.

Location

The Beacon office is located on University Ave and Highway 280 (along the Metro Green Line), which is convenient to both Minneapolis and St. Paul.
