Congregational Organizer: This position develops long-term partnerships with congregations, and develops leaders within each congregation to collaboratively create strategies to build the public will and resources to create and sustain affordable housing and services through Beacon. Advancement & Congregational Engagement Assistant: This part-time, paid internship provides support to the Advancement & Congregational Engagement Department by assisting with event planning and execution for organizational events, data projects related to organizing and fundraising as well as general assistance with department activities. Content Specialist: This part-time position helps to develop and implement strategic, integrated communications and creates content that builds the Beacon brand and positions Beacon as a trusted source for affordable housing and ending homelessness. The Content Specialist is responsible for consistent and cohesive messaging that speaks to Beacon congregations, donors and colleagues in the industry, policy makers, and other supports.
