Senior Congregational Organizer:
This position is responsible for building a powerful faith and value-based collaboration of congregations in the Twin Cities metropolitan area. The position provides support and leadership to congregations active in one or more of the three program areas of Beacon: housing development, policy and shelter. This is a full-time position, and is eligible for health benefits, our retirement plan, and paid-time off.

Congregational Organizer:

Donor Relations Administrator:
This position will provide support for and drive measurement of the major gifts program within the fundraising/advancement team. This is a part-time position, averaging 30 hours per week, and is eligible for health benefits, our retirement plan, and paid-time off.

Director of Service Partnerships & Shelter:
This position will ensure the delivery of high-quality cost-effective supportive housing services and emergency shelter while helping to move Beacon closer to becoming a thought leader in supportive housing and shelter provision. This is a full-time position, and is eligible for health benefits, our retirement plan, and paid-time off.

Director of Housing Operations:
This position is principally responsible for ensuring the quality and sustainability of our housing. This is a full-time position, and is eligible for health benefits, our retirement plan, and paid-time off.

Housing & Shelter Programs Case Manager: 
This position provides case management services for individuals and families in our FMF Hennepin Emergency Shelter and Housing Program Center, including accounting for all facility, material, resource referral and intake/exit needs.  This is a full-time position, and is eligible for health benefits, our retirement plan and paid-time off.
