Beacon Academy develops leaders for change.
Beacon Academy offers workshops focused on growing your leadership skills and understanding around Beacon’s work. Perhaps you’re wondering why there’s a crisis of affordable housing in the Twin Cities metro and how it can be met. Maybe you’re wanting to explore what it means to be an exceptional host for families in our shelter program. Or you could be sensing it’s time to become more involved in changing the systems that perpetuate homelessness. Beacon Academy provides training for each of these and more, all with a focus on practical application.
The following trainings are being offered soon:Power Tools Retreat – February 21 – 22
The Power of Telling Our Stories – March 12
Hosting Basics – May 9
Inclusive Hospitality – May 16
