Through project-based vouchers, the Met Council has the power to “Unlock the Metro” and create deeply affordable housing in the Twin Cities suburbs. At this public hearing, we’ll be calling on the Met Council to make a regular supply of these crucial project-based vouchers available through their 2024 plan.
