Beacon Leadership Teams (or BLTs, as we like to call them) are the necessary liaison between the congregation and the collaborative. This workshop focuses on who to look for in creating your team, how to develop leaders and engage your congregation, and how to develop an organizing plan that connects your faith traditions to the work of the collaborative in housing and policy.
