The Metropolitan Council Housing and Redevelopment Authority (Metro HRA) is inviting members of the public to a listening session on their Project Based Voucher program on Thursday, February 10th from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

No decision has been made on whether or how many Project Based Vouchers (PBVs) the Metro HRA will offer in 2022. Without access to PBV’s, Beacon developments such as Prairie Pointe and our new east and west metro developments are virtually impossible to build.
