For too long, Ramsey County has been the only metro HRA (Housing Redevelopment Authority) that has not used its ability to raise funds for affordable housing through a property tax. The County Board hopes to change that, and we want to voice our support. Join us for the hearing, which will be both online and in person, and for a virtual debrief to start whenever the hearing concludes!
